outgoing and curious
with members. Dont
be shy. Get out there
and get to know the
members, ask them their
names, let them know
you are there to help
them, and make an effort
to introduce them to
other members and staff. |

Members
expect things to go
smoothly. The big test
is what we do when things
go wrong. If we are
able to solve problems
for members in an effective
manner, they will have
more faith and trust
in our abilities. Look
at problem solving as
an opportunity to make
a member happy. |
