Sometimes a simple "Good Morning" or "Have a nice day" will put a smile on a gloomy face! Taking the time to open a door, greeting someone by using their name, or even giving directions can make someone’s day a little better.

Most of our members are dedicated to improving their quality of life through affiliation with the YMCA. But, the Y is not only a place to work out, it’s also a place to create and maintain new relationships.

Kindness should be at the top of everyone’s list because it is the little things in life that make the biggest difference. Making ourselves available to members and going the extra distance for everyone should be our top priority!

Who are our members? They are male, female, single, married, families. We are all members of the YMCA. Our YMCA family is diverse, inclusive and represents our community. Everyone is welcome at the Y.

Our responsibilities are many: building strong families, fostering new relationships, and enhancing quality of life. But, sometimes, because of the relationships we build, the YMCA can be a place of refuge and renewal.
