Reducing the number of problems we have at our YMCA’s is the best goal. However, as we all know, problems arise everyday. To better handle and solve problems that do happen and affect member service, be sure to establish a standard response and or plan for these times. If we all know what to do when a problem does arise, we can decrease the hassle for our members.
