Dr. Nancy Currie-Gregg is a consultant, educator, speaker and astronaut. She has spent the vast portion of her career supporting NASA’s human spaceflight programs and projects. She accrued 1000 hours in space during her 15-year tenure in the U.S. Astronaut Corps, serving as a mission specialist on four space shuttle missions. A Master Army Aviator, she logged over 4,000 flying hours in a variety of rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft. An accomplished and respected leader, she served in a variety of senior engineering and safety positions over three decades at NASA. 

Dr. Currie-Gregg is currently a Professor of Engineering Practice in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Texas A&M University, pursuing her long-time passion for education and the advancement of critical scientific thinking among the leaders and decision-makers of tomorrow. She is available as a consultant on a variety of engineering disciplines as well as a public speaker to both technical and general audiences.
