Parking: Sleepers may park for free in City of Houston Lot C, located just northeast of the intersection of Memorial and Houston Avenue . Additional street parking is available around Sesquicentennial Park and paid facilities are available directly across the street. Those needing assistance may be dropped off in a curbside zone in front of the park.

Noah's Walk: After Parking, participants will venture down the promenade for a short, half-mile(10 min) walk, dubbed "Noah's Walk", after Noah Rattler, the event brain child who last year walked from Texas to the Pacific Coast to raise funds for the Homeless

Registration: From 5-7 pm, Sleepers may Check-in to the event. They will receive an event packet with their sleeping assignment and a wristband that must be worn at all times. Sleepers must present a valid form of picture ID that displays their age. In addition, if the Sleeper is under the age of 17 they must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. All registrants will be asked to sign a Waiver of Release before entering the event. After 7 pm, Sleepers may not exit and re-enter the event.

Please check back for information on items that may be brought into the area.

SleepOut Site: Individuals and Teams will be assigned to specific areas to set up their sleeping areas. After participants set up their personal sleep area, they are invited to dinner at one of the food tents. After dinner the evening's program will take place at the front of the commons area.

Faces of Homelessness Program: At 7:30 pm, the Faces of Homelessness Program will begin. It will feature speakers and entertainers who have overcome their struggles with homelessness.

Lights Out: Once the program concludes, participants will return to their sleep sites. "Lights Out" is scheduled for 11 p.m. and all participants will be asked to maintain a respectful silence for the remainder of the evening.

Morning Program: The morning program begins with a wake-up call and light breakfast. After breakfast, participants will clean-up their sleep sites and, at the conclusion of the morning activities, collectively walk back to Lot C.
