Oil for frying
Remove the hard peeling off the plantain
Slice the plantain into inch-long sections
In a deep-fryer or a nine-inch deep-dish sauté
pan, heat oil.
Add the plantain piece and let cook for about 5 minutes.
Flip and fry the other side for 5 more minutes.
